An $1 million Lotto ticket was sold this week at a Tinley Park convenience store, according to Illinois Lotto officials.

The $1,050,000 winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket for the Monday evening drawing was purchased at 7-Eleven, 17055 S. Oak Park Ave., according to lottery officials.
The ticket matched all five numbers — 08 – 19 – 35 – 36 – 45 – to win, according to lottery officials.
One percent of the prize amount, or $10,500, goes to the retailer for selling the winning ticket, according to lottery officials.
Winners are advised to sign the back of their tickets immediately and store it in a safe place until they visit one of the five state lottery Prize Centers in Chicago, Des Plaines, Rockford, Springfield or Fairview Heights. They have up to a year from the original drawing date to claim the prize.
Lucky Day Lotto is drawn twice every day, according to lottery officials. Prizes ranging from $1 to $200 went out to more than 35,000 players in this Lucky Day Lotto drawing.
