The La Grange Police Department has issued a warning about an alleged incident of child luring.
A 10-year-old girl was walking to school, east on 51st Street between Catherine and Kensington avenues, about 8:16 a.m. Wednesday when police said she was confronted by a white man driving a blue SUV. The man allegedly asked the girl if she needed a ride to school. The girl said, “No,” and turned around and headed back to her house.
