A Chicago Ridge man is accused of selling drugs after a raid of his apartment yielded more than 3.5 pound of marijuana, prosecutors said.

Cook County Judge Peter Felice set bond at $200,000 for 28-year-old Adley Shelby, who is charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to deliver, according to court records..

Police from three suburban police departments found 1,678 grams of marijuana, 19.5 grams of cocaine, nearly $3,000 worth of cash and other contraband when they executed a search warrant on Tuesday at the apartment, prosecutors said.

Officers found Shelby sitting in the kitchen during the raid, prosecutors said. Shelby’s defense attorney argued in court that his name was not listed on the search warrant and didn’t list the apartment as his home address.

Prosecutors said several items, including identification, found in the apartment linked Shelby to the address.

Shelby is scheduled to return to court Sept. 28.
