Coda di Volpe, the cozy Southern Italian restaurant that opened July 21 in the Southport Corridor, is adding brunch.
Launching Saturday (Aug. 27), the brunch menu features five Neapolitan pizzas made by VPN-certified chef Chris Thompson, including the morning-ready Bacon & Eggs pie with pancetta, potatoes, smoked mozzarella, grana padano and a fried egg.
There will also be a French toast made from focaccia (should we call it Italian toast?), baked eggs with polenta cake and fennel sausage, pork shoulder hash with Calabrian chilies, a list of fruit-forward brunch cocktails and more.
See the full menu below.
Brunch, available Saturdays and Sundays, will start at 10 a.m.
