*Aaron Ballard, 25, of the 2000 block of 72nd Place, Chicago, was charged Aug. 16 with felony theft following a July 24 incident at Mariano’s on the 7400 block of West Lawrence Avenue. A Harwood Heights police detective allegedly saw Ballard go into the store with two accomplices and fill a duffel bag with 14 bottles of liquor with a total value of $724.
