The last time we saw Arya Stark, she was baking Walder Frey’s sons into pies and slitting his neck, proof enough that a girl does not fu*k around and has a knack for torture.
And now, the real-life Arya, actress Maisie Williams, is really driving that point home, warning us all about the upcoming Season 7.
Wow, great, thanks. Now we’ll be anxious for the next year of our lives without even knowing why. As Twitter user Chad Emerson tweeted at Williams, “[she] might be a Stark on the show, but on Twitter, [she’s] all Bolton.”
Now that the shows have outpaced George R. R. Martin’s glacial writing pace, we have nothing to look to in our quest to guess where the show is headed. George, if you’re reading this (he’s not), hurry the hell up.
Season 7 is gearing up for production, which will start later this year in Northern Ireland, Spain and Iceland. Can we please fast-forward to next summer?
