Premiere: Chicago band Sonny Falls shares great new song ‘Wealth To The City Man’

Last month, Sonny Falls, the garage rock project of Chicago musician Ryan Ensley which also features members of Rat Hammer, Peekaboos and Supreme Nothing, shared a new song called “Skin and Bones.” It floored me with its pristine guitar rock that channeled Teenage Fanclub, Big Star and the Lemonheads. Now, in anticipation of the band’s upcoming album “There’s No Magic Left in This World,” the band is exclusively premiering another great song called “Wealth To The City Man.” Listen below, you’ll dig it.

There's No Magic Left in This World by Sonny Falls

“There’s No Magic Left in This World” is out sometime this fall via Midwest Action. It was recorded with Michael Macdonald of Oshwa.
