Welcome to RedEye’s coverage of “The Bachelorette,” arguably the most misogynistic show on television! The format is pretty simple: Five women of RedEye each drafted five or six of the 26 competing men. Everyone gets one point for every man who gets through each week.

We have reached the bitter end of Season 12 of “The Bachelorette.” Robby had the clothes, the look, the hair, the approval of her family, but the heart wants what the heart wants. And JoJo’s heart wants Aaron Jordan Rodgers.

Team One – 11 points

Derek, Chad, Sal, Jake, Brandon, Evan

ELIMINATED IN WEEK SIX.

Team Two – 15 points

Robby, Christian, Will, Daniel, James S.

Nooooooo, we made it so close. Sorry, bud. You were a class act, though, so fingers crossed for getting a “Bachelor” slot? You were too good—too pure—for this show, Robby. Your hair is too perfectly coifed to be second best to Aaron Rodgers’ less talented brother. Maybe you mentioned Uruguay a few too many times or maybe JoJo could never really figure out what her future would look like as the wife of a “former competitive swimmer.” But keep your head up, sport. And if all else fails, you can go woo the twins on “Bachelor in Paradise.”

Team Three – 20 points

Jordan, Chase, James F., Peter, Coley

We are the champions, my friends. And we’ll keep on dating former pro athletes ’til the end. In all seriousness, I thought it would feel great to pick the winning dude-testant on “The Bachelorette,” but I’m still not totally sold on Jordan Rodgers and JoJo Fletcher. Though their chemistry has been undeniable since the beginning of the season, Jordan has been a massive pile of disappointment the last couple of weeks, proving again and again that he’s not quite ready to commit.

I think I would’ve felt better if instead of proposing he’d asked her to be his girlfriend. Hey, stranger things have happened, Bachelor Nation. As much as I’d like to crack open a bottle of white wine and celebrate my win, I don’t think these two will last through the end of the year. (Who am I kidding? I’m still going to use this as an excuse to drink.)
