The man, the myth, the TV personality, Stephen Colbert has been having a field day trolling the Republican party during their Republican National Convention this weekend. It started with his storming the stage as a character from “The Hunger Games,” declaring the convention the “Hungry for Power Games.”

And now, as a “close friend” of the Trump family, Colbert got an exclusive appearance from “Melania Trump,” who came on “The Late Show” to defend her apparent—and now, official—plagiarism of Michelle Obama’s 2008 speech at the Democratic National Convention.

Mrs. Trump (played by dead-ringer for the future possible first lady, Broadway star Laura Benanti) gave a rousing speech—that she wrote herself—to the audience. She began by channeling her inner Dickens by telling them that now is both the best of times and the worst of times before moving into a touching tribute to Dr. Seuss, saying she “would not, could not with a goat” plagiarize a speech.

She then talked about her humble upbringing in west Philadelphia before urging somebody to break her off a piece of that Kit-Kat bar. Honestly, it’s the most inspiring speech that has been or ever will be delivered by Trump and we only have Colbert to thank.
