Park Forest police are investigating the death of a man found outside a home in the south suburb Thursday morning.
The man, who was in his 20s, was discovered in the 200 block of Miami Street and pronounced dead at the scene at 5:54 a.m., according to Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Park Forest police Chief Peter Green said Thursday afternoon foul play is not suspected and “the public’s in no danger.” But the incident remains under investigation, Green said. The medical examiner’s office said the cause of death has not be determined.
Illinois State Police were also involved in the investigation.
