Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

As if Saved by the Max weren’t already the most popular kid in Wicker Park, everyone’s favorite ’90s-era pop-up has even more news: Mr. Belding himself (Dennis Haskins, IRL) will be walking the halls for a one-day-only event Sunday, July 17.

Tickets are available here

beginning tomorrow, July 8, at 11 a.m. For $35, snag your Belding brunch reservation, which will only seat lucky preppies 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Each ticket includes a Bang Bang Pie shop biscuit and a regular entree and side from the menu.

Dennis Haskins, a.k.a. Mr. Belding from “Saved By the Bell,” will host a one-day-only brunch at the Saved by the Max pop-up in Wicker Park. Haskins is pictured here during the show’s run in the ’90s.

As we’ve previously reported, the diner discontinued its seated brunch, instead serving to-go bagged lunches. After Belding’s visit, the diner will resume its seated brunch, beginning at 10 a.m. each weekend day. Dinner and walk-in service will continue as planned.
