A 30-year-old man died after he was stabbed early Tuesday morning in a domestic-related incident in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.
The man was found unresponsive with multiple stab wounds around 12:55 a.m. in the entrance hallway of a building in the 1700 block of West 51st Street, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago police spokesman.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene.
The stabbing was domestic-related, and a 43-year-old man was taken into custody, Estrada said. Charges were pending as of Tuesday morning.
No other information was available about the incident.
