Severe weather spawned tornadoes in several Illinois counties Wednesday night, according to National Weather Service spotters. In Chicago, fans at the Copa America soccer game between Chile and Colombia at Solider Field were ordered to leave their seats and “shelter in place” below the stands as the storm rolled through.
