player ready...A St. Charles man has pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
The not-guilty plea is in connection to incidents earlier this year with a female teenager, court records show.
Brian Richardson, 35, remains free on a personal recognizance bond in the case which involves allegations he fondled a female between the ages of 13 and 17 between Jan. 1 and March 8. Richardson was arrested in April after a warrant was issued and he was released on the $75,000 recognizance.
He is scheduled to return to Kane County court June 29.
