Burglary
The lock on a wooden storage locker was pried open and two mountain bikes reported missing from the 400 block of West St. Charles Road between May 3 and May 10.
Drugs
Ruben Velasco, 19, of the 2400 block of South Spaulding Avenue, Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving without a valid driver’s license, without insurance and with no rear registration plate light at 11:37 p.m. May 10 at Emroy and North avenues.
Rafael A. Rosa, 24, of the 1500 block of South Austin Boulevard, Cicero, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving while license suspended and disobeying a traffic control device at 4:23 p.m. May 11 at North Avenue and York Street.
Sophie Larkin, 20, of the 100 block of Fellows Court, Elmhurst, and Tyler Guenard, 23, of the 1700 block of Madison Street, Lockport, were charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:26 p.m. May 5 at Arlington Avenue and South Street.
Alexandra L. Vogt, 20, of the 1100 block of South Summit Avenue, Villa Park, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft at 7:12 p.m. May 5 at Kohl’s, 303 Route 83.
Darius Martin, 22, of the 4700 block of West Adams Street, Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana at 8:11 p.m. May 7 in the 100 block of South Prospect Avenue.
DUI
John Higgins, 48, of the 0-100 block of North Elm Street, Hillside, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence and speeding at 8:14 p.m. May 11 at Butterfield Road and Poplar Avenue.
Cody Sneed, 23, of the 28W500 block of Woodland Road, Warrenville, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use at 1:11 a.m. May 7 at Butterfield Road and Stratford Avenue.
Austin J. Hall, 27, of the 2N000 block of Joyce Street, Lombard, was charged with driving under the influence and domestic battery at 2:06 a.m. May 7.
Sigifredo Preciado, 23, of the 2500 block of North New England Avenue, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and disobeying a traffic control device at 4:07 a.m. May 7 at North and West avenues.

Property damage
The front exterior glass door of a home was shattered with what appeared to be a BB in the 300 block of East North Avenue at 12:01 a.m. on May 10.
Theft
Michael D. Gosa, Jr., 21, of the 3400 block of Warren Bellwood Avenue, Bellwood, was charged with retail theft at 12:07 p.m. May 11 at Kohl’s, 303 Route 83.
Sean Widener, 19, of the 100 block of North Willow Road, Elmhurst, was charged with retail theft at 8:56 p.m. May 5 at Jewel Osco, 1127 South York Rd. In the same incident, Pricilla Solis, 18, of the 1000 block of South Addison Street, Bensenville, was charged with possession of controlled substance and consumption of alcohol by a minor, and Roberto Andres, 18, of the 300 block of East North Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged with possession of marijuana and consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Erykah Miles, 18, of the 5600 block of South Wells Street, Chicago, and Daniel Rodriguez, 18, of the 4500 block of West Armitage Avenue, Chicago, were charged with retail theft at 12:51 p.m. May 6 at Kohl’s, 303 Route 83.
Pierre Mayweather, 24, of the 3800 block of West Grenshaw Street, Chicago, was charged with retail theft and resisting a peace officer at 6:37 p.m. May 7 at Kohl’s, 303 Route 83.
