What are you curious about in Chicago’s tech scene? The money, the culture, the big ideas, the failures, or something else entirely?
Blue Sky Innovation is working with Chicago startup Hearken to explore what you want to read about.
Hearken provides engagement technology to help newsrooms engage with their audiences — to draw out their questions, amplify their voices in coverage and integrate their feedback throughout the publishing process.
In short, it helps us draw more of your ideas into our work, and then show you how we’re following those leads.
Founded in 2015, Hearken has raised $900,000 in funding and has eight employees. Its co-founders are Jennifer Brandel, creator of WBEZ’s “Curious City,” and Corey Haines, who is Hearken’s chief technology officer.
Blue Sky plans to use Hearken in a number of ways, starting with this open call for questions. We can’t wait to hear what you think. And we’ll be asking more questions soon.
