Three men were wounded in separate shootings in the West Pullman, Little Village and East Garfield Park neighborhoods on Thursday evening, police said.

Most recently, a 24-year-old man was wounded in a shooting about 11:20 p.m. in East Garfield Park on the West Side, said Officer Hector Alfaro, a police spokesman.

The man was driving in the first block of South St. Louis Avenue when a male attacker got out of a black SUV and fired shots, Alfaro said.

The man was hit in the right arm, and he managed to get to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized, Alfaro said.

A 34-year-old man was shot at 8:38 p.m. in the 2800 block of West 25th Place in Little Village, police said.

The man was shot in the neck and managed to get himself to St. Anthony Hospital, Alfaro said. He was transferred to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, Alfaro said.

The man, who is a gang member, was in front of a home when he was shot, police said. Police initially said the man was 24.

About 7:25 p.m., a 41-year-old man was shot in the 11500 block of South Sangamon Street in West Pullman, police said.

The man was in front of a home on that block when someone shot him in the back and head, police said. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.

No one was immediately in custody in the shootings.
