Original Rainbow Cone is coming to Navy Pier next month, according to a post on the popular ice cream shop’s Facebook page.

.The ice cream shop will have a small kiosk on Navy Pier’s South Dock, across from Riva Restaurant, Payal Patel, a Navy Pier spokeswoman, told the Tribune. The tentative opening date is May 7.
The hours will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the weekends, with hours extended through midnight at the height of summer, Patel says.
The 90-year-old Original Rainbow Cone is located in Beverly at 9233 S. Western Ave. Navy Pier turns 100 this year.
