Cancel your Thursday lunch plans: Sandwich chain Jimmy John’s has you covered.
Announced on its website and social media profiles, Jimmy John’s is celebrating its first Customer Appreciation Day by marking down a number of its sandwiches to $1. Yes, Customer Appreciation Day is a made-up holiday, but super-cheap subs make it a way more acceptable fake holiday than, say, Sweetest Day.
Check the website for participating locations in your area. The $1 promotion is limited to the sandwiches number 1 through 6, BLTs and Slims, with a one-sub-per-person rule — but according to the Jimmy John’s FAQ page, “if you would like more than one $1 sub you can go through the line as many times as you like.” But be quick! The subs are available only between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
