Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...
“Alio,” the title of Fort Frances’ upcoming album, means “Hello” in Lithuanian. That name makes a lot of sense. For one, this collection of songs from the Chicago “sensitive rock” trio, out April 22, is so inviting and welcoming it’s basically music as greeting. The other reason is pretty simple: The band, for some reason, is really popular in Lithuania. Who knew!
In anticipation of the release, RedEye is premiering an unplugged version of lead single “Building A Wall.” It’s nothing short of fantastic. Listen below and check Fort Frances’ record release show April 21 at City Winery. Buy tickets here..
