Concert: The Bel Sonore Chamber Ensemble performs a free concert at 3 p.m. Sunday. The ensemble of flute, oboe and bassoon with a soprano voice will perform music from the early baroque era to jazz standards. Now based in Chicago, the ensemble was formed by Thomas Bulgrin in New York City.
