Evanston senior David Rivera-Kohr and sophomore teammate Izzy Fox each captured titles at the Central Suburban League wrestling tournament at Deerfield.
Rivera-Kohr, who wrestled at 126 pounds, improved to 35-0 on the season on Saturday, Jan. 23. In the final, Rivera-Kohr beat New Trier sophomore Jack Tangen by major decision 11-1.
In the 160-pound final, Fox (33-4) earned an 8-3 decision over New Trier senior Willem Kupets.
Rivera-Kohr and Fox helped the Wildkits finish third at the tournament with 187 points. Deerfield won with 255 points.
