“A Christmas Story,” a musical based on Hammond native Jean Shepherd’s hit movie, is staged Nov. 19 to Dec. 27 by Theatre at the Center at the Center for Visual and Performing Arts, 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, Ind., where it broke box office records in 2002 and 2006.
It is directed by Jeff Award winner Linda Fortunato.
Show times are 2 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2:30 p.m. Sundays.
