There is no love lost between fans of the Cardinals and the Cubs; it’s one of baseball’s most storied rivalries. Preference for one National League Central team over the other pretty much divides Illinois in half. To see how it breaks down, hover over a county on each map to see Cubs popularity vs. Cardinals fan support, and rankings relative to other teams. The numbers show team support as a percentage of all Facebook users in a county who “liked” any major league baseball team.
