An Oak Forest woman avoided a drug conviction Wednesday stemming from an April incident where, police said, she attacked her boyfriend after he refused to have sex in the bathroom of a Midlothian burrito restaurant.
Stephanie Miller, 26, completed the Cook County State’s Attorney’s drug school, an intervention and education program intended to be an alternative to a conviction for certain first-time drug offenses, according to prosecutors.

Miller was charged with illegal possession of prescription drugs and domestic battery, according to police. Officers recovered 56 pills of Tramadol, a prescription painkiller, during the incident on April 25, court records state.
The domestic battery charge was dropped in June when the victim in the case refused to testify against her, prosecutors said.
According to police, Miller and her boyfriend had left Sullivan’s Pub, where the pair had thrown food and behaved erratically earlier that night, before heading to El Burrito Loco, 4705 W. 147th St.
The boyfriend had been urinating in the men’s room of the restaurant when Miller walked in, began stripping and asked him for sex, police said. He refused and Miller slammed his head into the wall, police said.
During police questioning, Miller dug through her purse and handed a prescription pill bottle to another woman while officers were watching, according to police.
Miller’s bail was originally set at $75,000.
She was released and placed on electronic home monitoring, which she was taken off of in May, according to court records.
