Speaking as a loyal Chicago Cubs fan, the phrase “Cardinal Way” just means being really sanctimonious about baseball and acting like jerks on Twitter. Now, with this St. Louis Cardinals-sponsored music video called “The Cardinal Way,” that mantra has now become synonymous with god-awful rapping.
I’m not being hyperbolic at all here. This thing is the worst—more cringe-inducing than the time Ozzy Osbourne sang “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” at Wrigley Field in 2003.
