William T. Courtney, 42, of the 700 block of Liberty Drive, was charged with retail theft for allegedly shoplifting a $13 bottle of alcohol from Walgreens, 1601 N. Main St. on Sept. 12.
Andrew I. Sopoci, 30, of the 1400 block of Westchester Lane in Glendale Heights, was taken into custody by Wheaton police on an outstanding warrant Sept. 11 at a residence in the 1100 block of Naperville Road.
An electric bicycle with a value of $840 was reported stolen from a residence in the 200 block of North President Street on Sept. 10.
A handicap parking permit sign was reported stolen from a car parked in a lot at the 1 Wheaton Center apartment building complex between Aug. 10 and Sept. 10.
A resident in the 1000 block of Briarbrook Drive reported someone made 11 unauthorized purchases with her Visa debit card totaling $566.29 between Aug. 27 and Sept. 9.
Triny P. Sosa, 18, of the 1500 block of Ardmore Avenue in Glendale Heights, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and cell phone usage in a school zone on Sept. 9 near the intersection of College Avenue and President Street.
A set of golf clubs with an estimated value of $400 was reported stolen from a residence in the 1500 block of Stonebridge Trail between Sept. 7 and Sept. 9.
A “Tiki bar” and two aluminum stools valued at $2,000 were reported stolen from a residence in the 400 block of Wesley Street between Aug. 30 and Sept. 9.
Brandon Zachary Collins, 20, of the 1100 block of Rhodes Court, was charged with possession of cannabis, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and an equipment violation on Sept. 9 near the intersection of Briarcliffe Boulevard and President Street.
Bryant E. Coleman Jr., 19, of the 700 block of Wilson Avenue in Glen Ellyn, was charged with possession of cannabis, improper display of registration and a taillight violation Sept. 9 near the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Washington Street.

Elizabeth C. Anderson, 26, of the 7700 block of Fox Street in Woodridge, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without valid registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and making an improper turn at an intersection Sept. 8 near the intersection of Naperville and Roosevelt roads.
Mercada Ann Malay, 52, of Garys Mill Road in Winfield, was taken into custody by Wheaton police on an in-state warrant out of Kane County on Sept. 7.
