Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

It’s time for another round of quick and dirty advice: short questions, short answers, short skirts, long jackets. Let’s get down before the Christmas decorations come up.

Dear Anna: Is it OK to stick a finger in someone’s butt without asking first?

Only if it’s your own.

Dear Anna: My family members are doing this annoying thing where they make inferences about my dating life based on my Facebook profile and pictures and then question me about the most innocuous things! What can I do?

Block, block, block. Throw a block party. Be Jenny from the block. Or, if that’s too aggressive, seriously limit your privacy settings so your family can’t see anything.

Dear Anna: I want to have sex with my girlfriend—who is just a friend right now. I am also a girl and neither of us has had bi experiences before, but we flirt like whoa and I can’t stop thinking about it! How can I make a move without it affecting our friendship?

It will affect your friendship, even if it’s only for a little while, but you should still make a move on this gal. Have a night in, just the two of you—crack a bottle of wine and get a little buzzed (only a little). Watch the first episode of “Lip Service,” which is on YouTube, last I checked. For whatever reason—the gratuitous, hot sex scenes—this tends to escalate things. Then kiss her! If she kisses back, keep going. Do not stop to analyze or process. (Trust me on this.) And good luck!

Dear Anna: My girlfriend told me she thought another guy was hot. Should I be concerned?

Nah. The world doesn’t stop producing attractive guys/girls/genderqueers/tenderqueers once you’re in a relationship. She thought a guy was hot. You, no doubt, think other girls are hot. I suppose if she said it maliciously or with the intention to hurt you, that might be a red flag; but if it was just a passing remark, take it in stride.

Dear Anna: Been chatting with a girl on OkCupid. We haven’t met in person yet. She friend requested me on Facebook though. Do I accept or deny?

“Soft deny” by doing nothing. If you go out and she’s rad, feel free to accept. If she’s not, deny. If she asks you about it, tell her you haven’t been on Facebook for a few days or that you don’t add “friends” you’ve never met in person. She probably won’t ask though.

Dear Anna: Why won’t he stop watching porn?

The same reason the cat won’t stop licking its butthole. Because it’s there.
