Remember how Lady Gaga is starring in the upcoming series ‘American Horror Story: Hotel’? Pretty weird, right?
In a just-released trailer, the acclaimed pop singer made her official debut as a cast member for the latest installment of the anthology horror-drama, premiering Oct. 7th on FX. While she only appears onscreen for a meager two seconds, it’s probably one of the most terrifyingly eerie two seconds I’ve experienced recently.

Gaga is set to star as Elizabeth (aka “The Countess”), the ghostly and probably evil owner of the show’s titular hotel. Other cast members include Angela Bassett, Sarah Paulson (who plays a character called “Hypodermic Sally”), Matt Bomer and Kathy Bates.
Watch the trailer of the Ryan Murphy-run series below and prepare for all your Facebook friends freaking out about it before its premiere next month.
