Ethan Talarico, 19, of the 16400 block of Ellna Court, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, driving with a suspended or revoked license and no valid registration after being stopped at Feeney Drive and Howard Street at 10:18 p.m. Aug. 28.
Robert Macias, 24, of the 24000 block of Douglas Drive, was charged with failure to signal, driving with a suspended or revoked license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped at Route 59 and Douglas Drive at 10:40 p.m. Aug. 31.
Christen Bargeron, 26, of the 3500 block of Mall Loop Drive, Joliet, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped at Fox River Street and Lockport Road at 11:45 p.m. Aug. 28.
Kenneth Reiss, 48, of the 5100 block of Pontigo Glen Drive, was charged with DUI and speeding after being stopped at Fort Beggs Drive and Route 59 at 11:42 p.m. Aug. 25.
Devan Rivera, 19, of the 14000 block of Kelly Avenue, was charged with DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 and improper lane usage after being stopped at Route 30 and 143rd Street at 2:41 a.m. Aug. 25.
Dell Elder, 20, of the 2000 block of Winding Lanes Drive, was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped at Route 30 and 135th Street at 9:33 p.m. Aug. 26.
