A December trial date has been set for a Geneva man accused of fondling and sexually assaulting a young female for several years.

Robb Louk, 54, who remains free on $50,000 bail, has denied charges of predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving a girl under the age of 13.

Louk was arrested in 2013 after allegations surfaced that he had abused the girl between 2005 and 2012. Court records indicate the girl talked about the abuse to various people, including at school, on the school bus and to investigators from the Kane County Child Advocacy Center.

During a Wednesday hearing, Kane County Judge James Hallock scheduled Louk’s trial for Dec. 7. Louk is scheduled to return to court for a pre-trial hearing on Oct. 1.
