WHAT: Learning and drinking don’t seem like two activities that would complement each other, but no one can be expected to be lectured on brewing beer and not develop a thirst. Tomoka Brewing Co. in Port Orange is sending brewmasters to the Museum of Arts & Sciences to enlighten participants about the finer points of yeasts, malts and hops. Of course, there will be a variety of samples for tasting, and because it is unwise to drink on an empty stomach, Tomoka and the Vanilla Bean Bakery will be bringing a few solid offerings.
