Seniors Grace Brown and Molly McAuliffe return to help the Roadrunners improve from last year’s fifth-place finish at the Class AA St. Ignatius Regional.
The Roadrunners move to Class A this season, which has raised expectations for a longer run in the postseason.
“It definitely makes a big difference,” coach Charlie Rohlf said.
Brown was Nazareth’s only sectional qualifier last season. McAuliffe played this summer on the Cog Hill Junior Tour.
Two other returnees include senior Hannah Vanek and sophomore Daphne Bigelow.
