Someone who purchased a Lucky Day Lotto ticket at an Oswego gas station became a whole lot richer on Sunday after striking it big.
The winning ticket, worth $1,050,000, was purchased at the Speedway gas station, 4032 Route 34. It has yet to be claimed, although winners have up to a year to do so.
Lucky Day Lotto is drawn twice daily. Players pick five numbers between one and 45.
According to the Illinois Lottery website, the odds of scoring a Lucky Day Lotto jackpot draw are one in 1,221,759.
The winning numbers in Sunday’s winning drawing were 12, 17, 27, 28, 40.
