Amy Rapoport Gibson has been appointed Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation Group at Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa. She shares the leadership role for one of the firm’s two main practice groups with Nathan H. Lichtenstein.

Amy handles a variety of commercial litigation matters for the firm’s clients. Her practice includes a concentration on shareholder disputes, claims under the Business Corporation Act and breach of fiduciary duty. She also focuses on employment litigation, including claims for discrimination, breach of noncompetition agreements and trade secret misappropriation. Amy also has extensive real estate litigation experience, including claims for trespass and nuisance.

Amy was elected a member of the Aronberg Goldgehn in January 2015. She joined the firm as an associate in 2007 and was a law clerk in 2006.

“We look forward to the dynamic leadership that these great lawyers will provide for our Commercial Litigation Practice Group,” said Aronberg Goldgehn Co-Managing Member Christopher J. Bannon. “In these important roles, they are on the front line in terms of the service and quality of work we offer our clients.”

In addition to overseeing the day-to-day functions of their group, the new Co-Chairs will emphasize ongoing training and education and the importance of keeping abreast of developments in today’s ever-changing business and legal climate.

“I’m confident that these new leaders will help to ensure that Aronberg Goldgehn continues to deliver the excellent service and counsel our clients expect,” said Jerry Holisky, Aronberg Goldgehn’s newly elected Co-Managing Member. “The very personal attention they each devote to their work, their client relationships and their colleagues exemplify our firm’s Practice Made Personal(R) approach.”
