Patina Solutions, the fast-growing firm that provides proven, accomplished executives with 25+ years of experience for key projects and engagements, has hired Bob Rickert as Managing Director for the company’s Chicago office.

Rickert comes to Patina from Pritchett, LLC/PCS Strategies, where he was Managing Director, an independent selling role for the company’s M&A, culture and change management consultancy. Prior to that, he was Regional Manager at Aarthun Performance Group, where he was responsible for sales and implementation of the company’s financial and value creation programs in the Midwest. Rickert has also held Senior Vice President roles at ActionSystems.
Possessing a strong and diverse background, Rickert has worked with CEOs on strategy, CFOs on deploying financial disciplines, HR Directors on corporate culture, IT leaders on technology integration, and sales executive leadership on market differentiation.

Rickert received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University.
