Jeff Devron has joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.’s Midwest Region as Area President – Chicago.
Devron’s addition to the strong Midwest Region management team will further accelerate sales momentum, attract large accounts and provide customers with solutions for their complex risk management programs.
He understands Gallagher’s unique culture and will bring additional perspectives to the team as they sharpen sales processes and talent development practices.
Most recently, Devron worked at Marsh & McLennan’s Chicago office as Managing Director & Partnership Growth Leader. Prior to joining Marsh 14 years ago, he began his insurance sales career as a summer intern and sales broker at Gallagher.
In 2012, Devron was named a “Power Broker – Healthcare” winner by Risk & Insurance Magazine which recognizes the industry’s best brokers for their innovation and commitment to delivering superior client service and solutions. In addition to this distinction, Risk & Insurance Magazine also honored Devron as a “Responsibility Leader” and one of the “40 Under 40.”
Devron is active in the business and philanthropic communities of Chicagoland. He serves on the Loyola University Chicago’s Council of Regents. He was named a fellow at not-for-profit Leadership Greater Chicago in 2012 and served in advisory roles on the boards of Cristo Rey and Christ The King schools in Chicago.
A graduate of Providence College, he, his wife Jane, and their three children are residents of Winnetka, Illinois.
