The Hobart Police Department has identified an elderly woman show suffers from dementia who was found wandering in the city Friday, police said.
An officer found the woman, who knows her first name to be “Margaret,” near 57th Avenue and Mississippi Street on Friday afternoon. Hobart police Chief Rick Zormier said the woman was taken to St. Mary Medical Center.
Her family was located early Friday evening, police said.
