The Grateful Dead’s drummer, Bill Kreutzmann, will appear at an Anderson’s Bookshop-sponsored event May 16 to discuss his new memoir, Deal.
The program features Kreutzmann in conversation with co-writer, Benjy Eisen, on writing and living Deal.
The talk is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, May 16, at Community Christian Church, 1635 Emerson Lane, Naperville.
To celebrate the release of his memoir Kreutzmann will discuss not only the stories in the book, but also the insane three-year process behind writing it- a journey that included psychedelic rooftop adventures in Central American and renegade vision quests in Hawaii, according to a press release.
The event includes a moderated question and answer session.
Tickets are $36 and include a pre-signed copy of the book.
Tickets are required and available at Anderson’s Bookshop, 123 W. Jefferson Ave. in downtown Naperville or online at andersonsbookshop.com
