An Aurora man has been charged with drunken driving after allegedly crashing his vehicle into the back of a squad car, Montgomery police said.
According to police, Jared Dvorak, 21, 2800 block of Diane Drive, pulled up to a red light near Montgomery Road and Howell Place around 11:10 p.m. April 22 when he didn’t notice a Kane County Sheriff’s Department squad car stopped in front of him.
Montgomery police said Dvorak rear-ended the squad and was charged with drunken driving.
