After an Oklahoma business owner discovered the food containers in their trash had been rummaged through, she decided to do something to help.

Ashley Jiron, owner of P.B. James in Warr Acres, Okla., said she put a sign on the front door and the dumpster, inviting the person eating out of her trash to come inside for a meal, for free.

Jiron said she will not take the sign down until the person takes her up on the offer.

“That really, it hurt that someone had to do that,” she said, according to a KFOR report.

On the P.B. Jams Facebook account, the business asks locals to stop and tell the person about the offer if they happen to see them. The post mentions that the sign keeps getting ruined by the rain, but the owner figured out a way to keep it up, even after the wind took a laminated copy: 30 strips of clear, durable tape.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = “//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3”; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, ‘script’, ‘facebook-jssdk’));

Warr Acres/Bethany friends: If you happen to see the person, please stop and tell them this for me. I will NOT take…
