Here’s something you probably didn’t expect to see filming in Chicago. “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” – the Jerry Seinfeld-hosted web series that features the “Seinfeld” star driving around New York or Los Angeles in a classic car with another comedian – was shooting last week in the Near North neighborhood and, reportedly, the South Loop. Here’s that sighting and a few more from around the Chicago area.
– Seinfeld interviewed Steve Harvey for “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” April 6 at Biggs Mansion. Harvey tapes his “Steve Harvey” talk show in Chicago and is a member at the Near North cigar bar. The two comedians also visited Manny’s Deli, according to eater.com.
