Aurora police have charged a 19-year-old man with a Friday night shooting that left a vehicle and two homes damaged.
The shooting was one of two to occur throughout the city between Friday and Sunday.
According to Aurora Police Department spokesman Dan Ferrelli, one of the alleged shooters, Omar Caballero, 600 block of North Avenue, was part of a drug deal gone bad that ended in gunfire at around 5 p.m. in the 1000 block of Charles Street.

Ferrelli said Caballero and at least one other man began shooting at each other during the incident.
Each shooter was with at least one other man when the shots were fired.
Witnesses told police that after Caballero shot his weapon, he and the man he was with fled in a vehicle to a home in the 0-99 block of North Lancaster Avenue.
This is where the men were taken into custody without incident, Ferrelli said.
“Responding officers did an outstanding job as they spotted a vehicle matching the description of the one leaving the scene at the Lancaster address,” Ferrelli said.
Caballero was charged with two counts of Class X felony discharge of a firearm, two counts of felony unlawful use of a weapon, and violation of the FOID Card Act.
The man with Caballero was released without charges, Ferrelli said.
A Second Avenue home was also damaged during an early Sunday morning shooting, Ferrelli said.
The home in the 600 block of Second Avenue sustained about $1,650 in damage after it was struck several times by bullets around 12:30 a.m.
Ferrelli said no one was injured during the shooting.
According to witnesses, two Hispanic men were seen running from the scene after the shots were fired. They fled westbound on Second Avenue and southbound on Spencer Street.
Ferrelli said one suspect was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans. The second suspect was wearing a maroon hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans.
Anyone with information about either shooting is asked to call police investigators at 630-256-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 630-892-1000.
