March 28: Everglades National Park has a Big Day Birding Adventure, where the public helps count birds within the park’s varied habitats. Meet at the Anhinga Trail parking area at 8 a.m. Be prepared to drive your car more than 40 miles to Flamingo, stopping at points of interest along the main park road. Some walking is involved.
