An arrest warrant has been issued for Charles A. Lloyd, 25, charged with burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief for a break-in at his former neighbor’s home.
The victims told Detective Gregory Nanney they found their home in the 3400 block of Delaware Street had been broken into Jan. 17. A television, laptop computer and video surveillance monitor were missing, the probable cause affidavit states.
After buying a new monitor for the surveillance system, they recognized Lloyd “as one of the people who had entered” the home, the affidavit states. Lloyd, of the 4200 block of Connecticut Street, previously lived next door to the victims for about six months, the affidavit states.
Lloyd will be held on $35,000 bail when he is arrested, court records show.
