It isn’t Best Bartender finalist Tommy Lansaw who’s the two-timer here—it’s his cocktail. Watch him shake up his signature drink (pass the pisco, please!) while sharing the worst pickup line he’s ever heard, the best drunk food at 2:30 a.m. and his favorite watering hole outside of Chicago.

The Two Timer

1.5 ounce pisco

0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice

0.5 ounce cinnamon syrup*

1 ounce apricot nectar

0.25 ounce yellow chartreuse

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass.

*To make the cinnamon syrup, combine one part sugar and one part water in a saucepan. Add five cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil and allow sugar to melt. Once sugar has fully dissolved, turn off stovetop and allow the syrup to come to room temperature.
