Phillip Enoch already had two warrants for his arrest when he allegedly tried to cheat a court-ordered drug test earlier this month, Aurora police said.

It was 4 p.m. on Feb. 4 when Enoch, 29, 100 block of West Downer Place, Aurora, showed up at the Kane County Adult Probation office in Aurora to submit a urine sample.

Aurora Police Department spokesman Dan Ferrelli said as the probation officer observed Enoch he noticed a “pink foreign.”

The officer asked Enoch what the object was and Enoch tried to hide it underneath his shirt, Ferrelli said.

Enoch was ordered to leave the bathroom and comply with a search. According to Ferrelli, as Enoch left the bathroom, he dropped a pink rubber nasal syringe onto the floor.

He was charged with defrauding a drug/alcohol screening, a Class 4 felony.

The following day, Kane County probation officers and Aurora police visited Enoch at his home and served him with two 2013 arrest warrants for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, Ferrelli said.
