Kendall County deputies made two drunken driving arrests within minutes of each other early Monday morning after they responded to a car in a ditch in Oswego Township.
Deputies said Martin Kim, 18, 0-99 block of North West Drive, crashed his car into a ditch within a block of his home around 1 a.m. Monday. After crashing, deputies said Kim called a friend to come help him out.
Kim’s friend, Michael Malito, 19, of Joliet arrived on the scene, but was also in no condition to drive, deputies said.
Both men were charged with drunken driving and underage consumption of alcohol by a minor. Kim was also charged with having no license, deputies said.
Kira Morris, 18, of Lockport, was also located at the scene, deputies said. She, and a 15-year-old female, were both charged with underage consumption of alcohol.
