A 46-year-old man was hospitalized after being stabbed Wednesday night in the city’s South Shore neighborhood.
The man was stabbed about 10 p.m. in the 6800 block of South Ridgeland Avenue, said Officer Amina Greer, a Chicago police spokeswoman.
The man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was treated for stab wounds to the abdomen and arm, Greer said. The man’s condition was later stabilized.
Police said the stabbing is possibly domestic-related. A 46-year-old woman was being questioned by police as of early Thursday.
