In celebration of its first anniversary, SideDoor (100 E. Ontario St., 312-787-6768) is offering a $1 menu on Feb. 18, from 11:30 a.m. through 11 p.m.
Dollar items include avocado mash in a lime vinaigrette served with pita chips, IPA beer pretzels with hot honey mustard, deviled eggs, and baked mac ‘n’ cheese with applewood-smoked bacon and tomatoes. Guests who purchase food can also partake in 3 oz. $1 pours of craft beers that are priced under $9 on the menu.
The gastropub, launched by Lawry’s Restaurants, is also featuring a three-course dinner menu for $33 through Feb. 12 as part of Restaurant Week.
